Derived from the purpose of education quality assurance which is not only to ensure the university’s responsibility for the quality of training but also encourage motivation and improvement of the training quality as well as other activities. VNU-UEB had chosen the training programs assurance in the set of quality assurance / evaluation of the international and regional level. The activities carried out by this set help students and parents to choose appropriate and effective training program with their capability; orient investment options of the State to train high-quality human resources, proximity to international standards; direct businesses to find appropriate human resources; orient foreign investors to develop fund and capital, enhance competitiveness at local and international areas, and especially training cooperation (conversion , recognition of diplomas and certificates... ) among the training programs both inside and abroad. Therefore, with the development strategy until 2020, VNU-UEB determined to have some majors in the training programs assured in the set of assurance / evaluation of the international and regional quality

To make the strategic plan of the school in real, in 2010, VNU-UEB has conducted accrediting bachelor program in International Economics and Business (Honor) by the accrediting standards of the ASIAN University Network (AUN). According to experts, the point of the program is 4.69/7. Until June, 2013, the Honor Bachelor Degree of International Economics of VNU-UEB is one of the programs with the highest scores in the group of the humanities fields conducted accreditation of AUN. After the evaluation results and recommendations from the external assessing team, VNU-UEB also builds up the post-assessment project to develop strengths and overcome some of the remains.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh - Vice Rector in charge of training activities said besides this accredited Honor Bachelor Program, in the next academic year 2013-2014, the university will conduct accreditation for Bachelor of Business Administration of the international standardized system and Finance and Banking (Honors) according to AUN.

With clear and specific direction for accrediting activities, VNU-UEB will continue to invest and strive to deserve high accrediting results for all training programs to improve higher quality of the training program with the ultimate goal is "build up quality culture " and accelerate the international integration and towards achieving international standards of advanced university in the region and in the world.
