Research objectives :

• Consisting of three master targets as follows:
• Clarification of some common issues related to trade cooperation between Vietnam and Laos and Cambodia border cooperation focusing.
• Analyze and clarify the current status of trade cooperation between Vietnam and Laos and Cambodia.
• Propose measures to promote trade cooperation between Vietnam and Laos and Cambodia in the future (to 2020).

Research Content: includes the following three chapters:

Chapter 1: General issues related to trade cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia and Laos.

Chapter 2: Analyzing the current status of trade relations between Vietnam and Cambodia and Laos.

Chapter 3: Proposing measures to promote trade cooperation between Vietnam and Laos to Cambodia in 2020.

The results of the research topics:

Clarification of general issues related to trade cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia and Laos, especially trade cooperation across borders between Vietnam and Cambodia, between Vietnam and Laos.

Analysis of influencing factors, the current status of trade cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia, between Vietnam and Laos in particular is traded across the borders of Vietnam and Cambodia, between Vietnam and Laos.

Based on the study of practical problems, combined with theoretical study, subjects were two groups of measures proposed to promote and improve trade cooperation, especially cooperation between border Vietnam and Cambodia and between Vietnam and Laos.

The results of science (the contribution of the research, the scientific works published):

General and interpretation issues that the common basis for cooperation in trade, particularly trade cooperation across borders between Vietnam and Cambodia and between Vietnam and Laos.

To clarify the current status of trade cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia and between Vietnam and Laos, highlight those successes, but also pointed out the drawbacks of the bilateral trade cooperation between Vietnam and close neighboring countries of Vietnam.

Propose two solutions have a scientific basis: The measure of trade development cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia and solutions development team trade between Vietnam and Laos.

1.      Ha Tran Thi Hoa (Cao school KTĐN K.16): Trade relations between Vietnam and Laos from 1990 until now (has been protected 12/28/2010)

2.      Hong Cuong Bui (Master KTĐN K.17): Trade relations Vietnam and Cambodia after Vietnam joins the WTO (ongoing).

Proposals and recommendations:
