Prof. Le Ba Dung - Secretary of Party Committee, President of Dalat University; Dr. Le Hong Phong - Head of Graduate and Postgraduate Training Department; MBA. Nguyen Viet Lan - Head of Officer Organizing and Dr. Le Minh Luu - Head of Postgraduate Faculty and 58 graduates of 19^th course attended to the ceremony.

At the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Manh Tuan has announced the decision of acceptance for 58 new graduates. Prof. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh and Prof. Le Ba Dung have congratulated the new graduates and encourage graduates to spend their strive for study and research. Representatives of two universities have emphasized the importance of postgraduate training. This is the first brick for a more sustainable and comprehensive base of the cooperation between the two universities.

On behalf of local authorities, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thinh - Party Committee Secretary of Lam Dong highly evaluated the contribution of Dalat University in training high quality human resources for the locality. He also appreciated the effort of two universities in organizing training program of Finance - Banking Master, contributing to the development of culture and socio-economy, as well as higher education of Lam Dong - Western Highlands region.

Also at solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, Le Van Nhan - graduate of the program has expressed his gratitude to leaders of the province and two universities as well as promised to strive for study and research to fulfill the mission.
