Objectives:

- To analyze the necessary of state economy sector and state-owned enterprises to the Vietnam’s economy in performing a WTO’s undertaking and hastening the process of industrialization modernizing.

- To summarize the process of innovation of state economy sector in recent years and to learn the trends and lessons.

- To analyze some solutions of hastening the innovation of state economy sector in new condition.

Main contents:

Apart from the beginning and conclusion, this subject is divided into three chapter.

-Chapter 1: State economy and State-owned enterprise.

-Chapter 2: The process of innovation of state-owned enterprises in Vietnam from 1986 to 2006.

-Chapter 3: Orienting and solutions of continuing of innovation of state-owned enterprises in Vietnam.

Results obtained:

- To supply students the document to study.
