Working visit of leader of Haas School of Business to UEB

In pursuance to the cooperation framework with University of Economics and Business, Vietnam National University - Hanoi, Prof. Andrew Shogan, Vice Rector of Haas School of Business (University of California, Berkeley) had a working visit to the UEB from 20th to 24th of May 2008.


Four issues were addressed during his working visit, including:

- Method of managing the BBA program of international standard (on 20th May 2008 and morning on 21st May 2008)

- Co-building the syllabus for the BBA program of international standard (in the afternoon on 21st May 2008 and morning on 22nd May 2008)

- Modern teaching methods (23rd - 24th May 2008)

- Co-organizing short term training program in Business Administration (in the afternoon on 24th May 2008)

Haas School of Business (University of California, Berkeley) is a 2nd long-standing history university in Business Administration training in the USA. Haas School of Business is also the public university of longest history in Business Administration. This is one of the leading universities in the world, which has training program in all areas of Business Administration.

The cooperation in all aspects with Haas School of Business marks a new development step in the process of improving the training quality towards international standard of the UEB.
