UEB Research and Sharing No.1: Smart production and service management to improve the productivity and quality

Aiming at developing applied research and spreading knowledge to the community, VNU University of Economics and Business organized the series: UEB RESEARCH & SHARING. This series comprises a number of seminars and talkshow giving useful knowledge and updated information in various field of the economies to the community.
The first seminar of the UEB RESEARCH & SHARING was held on May 31st, 2021 under the theme of smart production and service management to improve the productivity and quality of enterprises in the world and Vietnam. This online seminar provides useful information on production management with real examples from enterprises.
The seminar covered the four main topics: new requirements for quality improvement in Vietnam in the 4.0 industrial revolution; service quality in banks; information safety and security; smart manufacturing – International experience and implications for Vietnam.
