Business Challenges Season 5 - Semifinals

On April 17th, 2021, the semifinal of the Business Challenges season 5 was held at the VNU University of Economics and Business (UEB) with participation from 23 teams from many universities all over the country. The semifinals are divided into 2 sessions: the morning session for 12 teams in branch 1 (Start-up); the afternoon session for 11 teams in branch 2 (Solving problems of businesses).

The competition is co-organized by the VNU University of Economics and Business and the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom - FNF Vietnam with the companionship of Solary Investment Joint Stock Company, BestB Enterprise Ecosystem; sponsorship of the Century Group Joint Stock Company (Cen Group), Phuong Linh Electrical Mechanical Manufacturing And Trading Co., Ltd; VOV1; Investment Newspaper; Business Forum Newspaper; Wine Vietnam Company Limited; Rich Media Company and the companionship member from the BA-plus Club of the UEB.

The highlight of this season is the high practicality of the start-up projects proposed by the students, including the projects that had created revenue. Business solutions are implemented on diverse and technological platforms in many fields such as education business, agriculture, information technology, human resource management, marketing management.

The Business Challenges Season 5 semi-final selected 12 outstanding teams to continue to the Finals. The teams are: Mix and Match; Salework; ADGAME; TEA TEA; Sli; TITANA of branch 1 and Queens of BC; State of the State Mafia; RBG; CHIEF; DYLE; 3AC of branch 2.

The competition attracted 736 contestants of 156 teams, with students from many universities such as: Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, Hanoi University of Technology, Banking Academy, University of Transport Technology, University of Communications and Transport, FPT University, Hanoi University, VNU University of Economics and Business and other VNU’s universities; Thai Nguyen University of Technology, Lotus University, Hung Vuong University, Post and Telecommunication Institute of Technology etc.

The Gala Final of Business Challenges 2021 will be held in early May 2021 at VNU University of Economics and Business, 144 Xuan Thuy, Cau Giay, Hanoi.
