Seminar with Assoc.Prof.Dr. Vu Minh Khuong from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy

On December 5 th 2019, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Vu Minh Khuong from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, a member of the Economic Advisory Group of the Prime Minister of Vietnam had a seminar with students of VNU University of Economics and Business.


The seminar entitled Youth aspiration in the context of industrial revolution was attended by nearly 300 lecturers and students of the University. Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le - Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Anh Thu - Vice Rector also took part in the seminar.

Speaking at the seminar, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le expressed his gratitude to Assoc.Prof.Dr. Vu Minh Khuong for spending time talking to UEB’s students.He reminds the students that college is the most beautiful and memorable time in their life. It is also time to enrich their knowledge and improve skills. The University is honored to invite Assoc.Prof. Vu Minh Khuong - alumni of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, currently a professor at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy to the seminar.

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is imposing profound impacts on all aspects of the global social and economic development. In this context, young people, with ambition and aspirations, need prepare themselves to integrate into the 4.0 era.

At the seminar, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Vu Minh Khuong pointed out the new trends in the 4.0 technology era. He
highlighted the resonant power. He also shared about the Asian development model, the qualities that
individuals and organizations need, including Aspiration, Strategy, Institution, Acquisition of Knowledge,
Nurturing (ASIAN).
