MOU signing with Phan Dinh Phung High School

On 1st March 2019, VNU University of Economics and Business (UEB) signed a cooperation agreement with Phan Dinh Phung High School.


Attending the signing ceremony, from the UEB, there were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Anh Thu - Vice Rector and heads of offices. From Pham Dinh Phung High School, there were MA. Nguyen Thi Nham Huyen - Principal and staff in charge of cooperative activities.

The goal of cooperation is to build a strategic, comprehensive and long-term partnership between the UEB and Phan Dinh Phung High School.

 

As stated in the MOU, the students from Phan Dinh Phung High School with certificates of IELTS 5.5 or higher or having equivalent international English certificates (valid within 2 years till the date of admission) will be accepted to admit to UEB’s bachelor training programs.

 

Successful candidates who have IELTS 5.5 or above or having equivalent international English certificates will be exempted from English modules (19 credits for high quality training program, 14 credits for standard programs). The students are exempted from tuition fees for English modules. Every year, leaders of the two parties will meet, exchange information and evaluate the outcomes of the cooperation and discuss further cooperative activities.

The MOU was signed in the presence of lecturers and teachers of the two sides, showing the spirit of friendship and long-term cooperation between the two.

 

Afterward, on March 2nd, VNU University of Economics and Business held an open day for students of Phan Dinh Phung High School and handed over more than 70 conditional acceptance to the students with English certificates of IELTS 5.5.
