Back pageWith 20 years of experiences working for many banks, financial groups as senior leaders in Poland and the United Kingdom, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le has been a pioneer in developing a set of evaluations for KPIs and PIs in enterprises. He said, this assessment set showed the detailed capacity of each individual in the operational apparatus, following and monitoring the effectiveness of work in the operation chain, which were proofs to evaluate and rank capacity of staff to make the mechanism run smoothly and create motivations for everyone.
Regarding the field of education, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le has been promoting the KPIs and PIs at the University of Economics and Business which has obtained some positive results. He said, it’s needed to apply the KIPs and PIs at universities to measure the effectiveness of the staff. Leaders of departments and offices attending the course also wished to apply the KPIs and PIs at their organizations and gave many questions on how to make it real.
The lecture was taken place in a lively atmosphere and frank exchange. A lot of consecutive questions were asked and answered in details. Many leaders agreed with Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le on applying the set of KPIs and PLs in education which would be a useful solution to assess the effectiveness of work.
