This is the message delivered by Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le - Rector of VNU University of Economics and Business at the training course for senior officers of the Executive Committee of Hanoi in the period 2020 - 2025.
On June 6th 2018 at Le Hong Phong training school, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le had a talk titled “Preparation of plan and work by modern method” with 149 senior officers from departments, districts and communes of Hanoi. With rich knowledge after years of teaching in Kingston, England and practical management experiences of previous position of high-ranked managers in businesses, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le shared many modern methods in preparing and implementing plans for the class.
