Opening the short course for Srilanka learners at UEB

On 8th May 2018, VNU University of Economics and Business opened the short course for the MBA learners from Kelaniya University, Srilanka. This is part of cooperation activities between the UEB and Kelaniya University.


The course focused on the topic “Multinational companies and Investment environment in Vietnam” was participated by 90 MBA learners from Kelaniya University and 15 students from high quality training programs of UEB. The program will last for 3 days, from 8th to 10th May 2018.

On the first day of the course, the learners will take part in lectures guided by UEB’s professors on “Investment environment in Vietnam”, “Business strategies of multinational companies in Vietnam”; visit Vietnam Museum of Ethnology and join culture exchange with UEB’s students. In the next two days, learners will visit factories and enterprises in Vinh Phuc and Hanoi. At the end of the course, learners will be received certificates for their participation.

Overall, the course is a great opportunity for Srilanka learners to understand the business environment in Vietnam. This is also the chance for two universities to develop the partnership and cooperate in more programs in the future. The course ends on 10th May and promises to mark a memorable experience for all Srilanka MBA learners.
